Shopping the Healthier & Paperless Way

It’s the usual routine – coffee and grab the iPhone to check email, Facebook, Twitter and AP Mobile News, which this morning posted the article:  “Need A Receipt? We’ll Email It To You”.

The piece mentioned that Nordstrom, Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy will email you your receipts – it’s about time;  Apple has been doing it for years!

Critical Documents You Need Before You Die – and Right Now!

I recently read the WSJ article “The 25 Documents You Need Before You Die” – a great ‘how to’ for avoiding potential problems after your death. The piece advocates creating a folder and depositing the folder with a lawyer or in a safety deposit box.  At DocLanding, we take it one step farther – upload or scan your documents to the cloud and securely share those documents with your lawyer. 1. How do I share?

You can share a file cabinet, folder or document in DocLanding. The steps to share are essentially the same thing for all three share types and are so easy to do. Select what you wish to share (file cabinet, folder, or document) and click the share button. Enter who you are sharing with, what permissions they should have and a special message if you want. Your share is done. Simple as that.
